The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino redesign of it’s convention center has been completed, the Las Vegas-based property confirmed.
Approximately $100Million was splashed out on the renovation of the 2.1 million-square-foot room. Every part was thoroughly remodelled and tailored to meet the needs and preferences of contemporary meetings and events.
Furthermore, this included integrating the latest technological upgrades across the infrastructure, as well as adding additional dynamic digital signs.
Most significantly, the Mandalay Bay redesign has a fresh and invigorating tropical-themed composition which reinforces the property’s theme and brand.

“Meetings and conventions play a pivotal role in the success of Las Vegas, and the revitalisation of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center demonstrates our commitment to this critical piece of our city’s foundation,” explained VP of hotel sales for Mandalay Bay, Ernest Stovall.
“Our goal is to evolve alongside the meetings industry to meet the needs of the modern customer. Based on invaluable insights from our customer advisory board, we crafted a space at Mandalay Bay that sets a new standard in excellence and reflects the future of modern meetings, events and trade shows,” he concluded.
The Mandalay Bay redesign took two-and-a-half years to complete and will now showcase state-of-the-art technologies.
Specifically, the convention center now boasts cutting-edge Cat6A Ethernet cabling as well as 11 dynamic digital walls. Additionally, guests can benefit from 20 double-sided 55″ mobile flexible display units.
All of the latest upgrades, features and benefits perfectly compliment the Mandalay Bay convention center. Therefore, the Las Vegas venue will continue to host the country’s most high-profile events and trade shows.
In March 2024, the Shoptalk Spring event took center stage which brought about a high level of praise from Global President of ShopTalk, Sophie Wawro.
“We enjoyed hosting our event in the newly remodeled convention center, using features such as the new digital signage and other upgraded amenities.
