Players at Bally’s Casino Rhode Island will now be able to use a non-smoking casino floor at the Twin River location in Lincoln.

There is already a smoke-free floor at Bally’s Casino in Lincoln, but the latest addition of a second gaming area with no smoking allowed is sure to drive business up even further.

Over 22 live dealer table games will be available on the new Bally’s floor as well as 550 slot games that include some of the most popular titles available in Rhode Island.

Craig Eaton, president at Bally’s Twin River Lincoln, was excited for the new development that should open more opportunities for his casino.

“The additional no-smoking casino gaming area on the first floor enables guests who prefer a no-smoking environment ample space and opportunities to enjoy their favorite games.”

With the new slot and table games added to its ‘clean-air gaming section’, Bally’s Lincoln now provides one of the best varieties of casino entertainment in Rhode Island.

Bally’s Twin River location in Lincoln now hosts over 3,900 slot games, 23 live poker tables and 91 table games, as well as 27 electronic table games.

Bally’s Casino Rhode Island: Non-smoking Casino’s Could Be The Future

Bally’s Lincoln site isn’t the only non-smoking casino in the US with a new initiative, Casino Employees Against Smoking’s Effects (CEASE), looking to eradicate all smoking inside casino properties to protect employees.

CEASE has already begun work in Atlantic City, but with impacts seen in Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan, Virginia, Kansas, and Rhode Island – the initiative appears to be taking over the US.

The $100m upgrade to Bally’s Lincoln is just the start for CEASE and we could see more and more smoke-free zones in casinos as the year wares on.
