Atlantic City casino revenue has increased year-over-year across eight of the nine brick-and-mortar establishments in the Garden State.
March 2024 turned out to be the most prosperous month for retail casinos in A.C. for 12 years. Back then, there were 12 casinos in operation.
Last month saw Atlantic City casinos generate $239.8Million in revenue. This is an impressive 4.9% increase year-over-year.
Overall, $468m was generated via sports betting, online casino play and retail casino play. Compared to March last year, this is a 6.1% increase.
The casino which generated the most money in Atlantic City in March 2024 was Ocean Casino. They were responsible for $40.7m of the overall revenue. This accumulates to a 17.6% gain.
Borgata Atlantic City was the only casino which didn’t see any improvement. There was an 8.1% decrease year-over-year after generating $56.5m.
