The event will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Matthew J. Platkin, a New Jersey Attorney will be the leading luncheon speaker at the Annual East Coast Gaming Congress.

On April 17th-18th the event will be in full flow, and will mark the 27th anniversary – hence Platkin’s involvement as a key speaker.

An additional 11 industry CEOs will also be in attendance, with each of them addressing those in attendance and regulators, investors, suppliers and experts within the industry will lead the conference.

The objective for this annual event is to increase sponsorships, progress networking, promote professional development and business-to-business discussions.

Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, David Rebuck, is set to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award and the late gaming pioneer, H. Steven Norton, will also be honored.

Platkin has expressed his pride in being selected to speak at the annual event and believes it has huge importance for those in the gaming industry.

He said: “The East Coast Gaming Congress has long served as the most important forum to ensure a dialogue between the state of New Jersey and all of gaming’s stakeholders. I am looking forward to speaking at the conference, as well as learning from those stakeholders.”

CEO of the Cooper Levenson law firm and co-founder of the Annual East Coast Gaming Congress, also believes this will be huge for New Jersey.

He said: “Gaming is critical to the future of New Jersey, and New Jersey is critical to the future of gaming. The insights to be offered by Attorney General Platkin into this state’s gaming policy will impact the global gaming industry.”

Another key part of this faction is Micahel Pollock, the other co-founder for this conference and feels Platkin is the best man to continue the New Jersey tradition on April 16th-17th.

Conference co-founder Michael Pollock commented: “We are honored that Attorney General Platkin will return to the center stage of this industry. Our past keynote luncheon speakers have included six New Jersey governors, including Gov. Phil Murphy. New Jersey has long been a leader in gaming policy, and that tradition continues.”
