Las Vegas will see some fresh changes to one of its most establishments with the Suncast Hotel & Casino pencilled in for a refurb.
Renovation For Suncast Hotel & Casino
The news has been announced by Boyd Gaming, as it prepares to make some huge renovations to the Las Vegas Suncast Hotel & Casino.
These changes will take place over a two-year period, following a series of phases in northwest Las Vegas, coming to an end in 2025/26.
Making these new plans will be key in ‘modernizing and revitalizing’ the iconic building, which has stood for over 23-years – opening back in September 2000.
Not only will the property have a fresh look, the new features will be used to make the overall experience for players improve and rank high among the other casinos.
The renovation will begin in the coming week, as it opens its first phase and will focus on the stadium-esque sportsbook – aiming to conclude by the football season’s beginning.
By 2025, there should be a new bingo room available for players and the casino floor should have stone paths, cutways and the bar will increase to 70 seats.
Executive vice president of operations for Boyd Gaming, Steve Shutte, has been positive about the news and hopes to ‘refresh’ the Suncoast region.
He said: “Over the course of the next two years, we are going to retouch and refresh virtually every area of the Suncoast.”
It has been heavily stated by Boyd Gaming that the new design will be taking advantage of the current spaces, picking any new adjustments with strategic thinking – in line with the thoughts and preferences of customers.
It will not impact any other additions to the Suncast hotel and casino, as they continue to develop the Cinemark Century Suncoast theater – upgrading for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic.
