White Hat Studios has become the first supplier to launch products in all seven regulated US states after releasing in Rhode Island via a collaboration with Bally’s.
This relationship has created history for WHS, as they are now the leading company for casino entertainment in the regulated states.
Signing a deal with Rhode Island will add to the initial six states of New Jersey, Connecticut, West Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
WHS has partnered with betting sites to produce content in each of these states, primarily through Caesars, FanDuel, BetMGM and DraftKings.
Recognized success has already hit the company, after recent reports showed a noticeable increase in gross gaming revenue shares in the early stages of 2024.
There are 30 games that have helped increase local operator jackpots, including Ted Cashlock, The Goonies and the infamous Jackpot Royale.
White Hat Studios CEO, Andy Whitworth, has spoke openly about the recent success and how launching in Rhode Island will progress the company even more.

WHS partnered with Rush Street Interactive when launching BetRivers in Delaware, which helped their eventual release in Rhode Island – accumulating a total of seven states.
Another key feature is the confirmation of its PAM system in Bally’s, which is one of the leading operators in Rhode Island.
