SCCG has announced a partnership with Black Box Intelligence and will roll out globally the AI-powered SmartRack analytics provider for casino player behaviour and chip counting.

The new deal was announced on 23rd February 2024 with its main focus allowing casino floor management access to real-time data and technology that is AI/ML-driven – giving casinos better decisions on player habits and chip counting.

SmartRack also allows an awareness and understanding of chip counting and player behaviour that doesn’t need any RFID chip conversions, which will allow casinos to cut operational costs.

One arm of the SmartRack software is SmartHand, which is a solution pay and bet detection, while the SmartRack Middleware offerring focuses on a casino player’s analytics and profile.

It’s reported that the SmartRack patented optical sensing software has a 99.9% chip counting accuracy and player habit strike-rate.

SCCG Management Founder and CEO Stephen Crystal went onto say: “Our collaboration with Black Box Intelligence to distribute SmartRack marks a pivotal moment in the gambling sector. This initiative showcases our dedication to advancing innovation across the industry and delivering technologies to a global market.

“It aims to transform operational efficiencies, enrich gaming experiences and drive higher profitability. SmartRack is a clear indication of our commitment to leading the industry towards a technologically sophisticated, data-informed future.”
