Next on this list is one of the craziest casino wins of all time, as Johanna Heundl won $22m when celebrating her 74th birthday.<\/p>\n

Bally’s Casino gifted the retired lady $100 of free tokens and two nights at the hotel – she also withdrew $100 of her own money.<\/p>\n

With $20 remaining, Johanna decided to spin one last time – a decision that would change both her, and her family’s life.<\/p>\n

The woman in question picked up a huge win in the months prior to this slot triumph, winning $680,000 on a Wheel of Fortune game.<\/p>\n
