SCCG has announced a partnership with Black Box Intelligence and will roll out globally the AI-powered SmartRack analytics provider for casino player behaviour and chip counting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new deal was announced on 23rd February 2024 with its main focus allowing casino floor management access to real-time data and technology that is AI\/ML-driven – giving casinos better decisions on player habits and chip counting.<\/p>\n

SmartRack also allows an awareness and understanding of chip counting and player behaviour that doesn’t need any RFID chip conversions, which will allow casinos to cut operational costs.<\/p>\n

One arm of the SmartRack software is SmartHand, which is a solution pay and bet detection, while the SmartRack Middleware offerring focuses on a casino player’s analytics and profile.<\/p>\n

It’s reported that the SmartRack patented optical sensing software has a 99.9% chip counting accuracy and player habit strike-rate.<\/p>\n
